There are the evaporator pipes inside the cabinet wall, so please don’t put the cans too close to the wall, as it’s very cold, need to have some space; Meanwhile, you have putted too many cans for each shelf, it should have the space so that the cold air could be circled around the inside cabinet; Please take the photo of the back for the area of the temperature controller, so that I could check that which temperature that you had set; For this fridges, we have exported large quantities all over the world, no clients that feedback about the frozen, so I think that you might had set the top lower temperature; Our temperature range is from 0 to 10 degrees, many other factory’s fridge only could set from 2-10 degrees; The cold air is pull down, so our fridges’ bottom might be lower than 0 degree, you could set to the controller number to 3 and check / test your cans again
